Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has reportedly rejected a mega move to West Ham United as the Frenchman wants a move to Arsenal this summer.
There have been reports that Real Madrid are planning to allow some players to leave at the end of the season, and Karim Benzema is said to be among these players.
West Ham are said to have made a £52.5m (€60m) offer for Benzema, but the 30-year-old has rejected the offer according to the report by Don Balon.
But Karim Benzema will now have to wait till the end of the season when a replacement for Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger is expected to be announced.
Wenger have announced that he will be leaving the Gunners at the end of the ongoing Premier League campaign, and the new coach will determine the possibility of Benzema joining Arsenal.
This season in the Spanish La Liga, Karim Benzema has not been impressive as he has only scored five goals in 27 games.
His side also have no chance of retaining their La Liga title this season as Barcelona have upper hands of winning the title this term.
But Karim Benzema and his Real Madrid teammates are in the semi final of the 2017/18 Champions League where they will face Bayern Munich.
This is Los Blancos’ only chance of winning a title this season.
